The founders of La Casa Della Bruschetta are Chef Cipriano & family; Cipriano, an avid traveler who has visited almost every Italian region to develop his understanding and enhance his knowledge about authentic Italian cuisine by exploring the culture. Cipriano was born in Romania but has always found Italy and his home country to be quite identical in terms of their cuisines and cultures.

At La Casa Della Bruschetta, there is a small yet highly experienced team of chefs who have worked on authentic Italian cuisine for years and are trained in creating original dishes just the way they are meant to be. Our core values are to stand behind the quality of our food, what we serve to our customers, and how we always strive to make every customer feel a part of our family.

Creativity, passion, and determination are the foundation of our restaurant and is what we would like to share with all our customers. We are a North Vancouver family-owned restaurant, and our customers will always be a part of our journey.
