Rigatoni al Ragu alla Bolognese

Another Italian classic, this pasta is basically a variant of Bologna’s meat sauce and the recipe remains the same to this day. Traditionally, this particular pasta is served with rigatoni or tagliatelle (we prefer the traditional way, rigatoni). Basic ingredients include San Marzano tomato sauce, coarse minced beef and ground pork loin, celery, onions, carrots, onions, Italian sausage, peeled tomatoes, beef stock, heavy cream, white wine, Pecorino Romano cheese, Italian spices, salt and pepper.  Cooked for 5-6 hours on low heat. May be available with Fresh Pasta Tagliatelle.
