Tagliatelle al Ragu alla Bolognese


Another Italian classic, this pasta is basically a variant of Bologna’s meat sauce and the recipe remains the same to this day. Traditionally, this particular pasta is served with tagliatelle. Basic ingredients include San Marzano tomato sauce, coarse minced beef and ground pork loin, celery, onions, carrots, onions, Italian sausage, peeled tomatoes, beef stock, heavy cream, red wine, Pecorino Romano cheese, Italian spices, salt and pepper.  Cooked for 5-6 hours on low heat.
